This page sets out the fees we charge landlords, the payments we may require from tenants and details of our client money protection and redress scheme memberships.
Fees for landlords
No VAT is added to any of the fees below. The amounts shown are the amounts payable.

Payments required from tenants
The Tenant Fees Act 2019 sets out an exhaustive list of payments a letting agent or landlord may lawfully require from a tenant in England. Anything not on that list is a prohibited payment. The permitted payments we may require are set out below, together with the statutory caps that apply.

Tenancy deposit protection
Deposits we hold are protected with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) and mydeposits. Prescribed information is provided to tenants within 30 days of receipt of the deposit.
